ANHAD-Shri Javed Akhtar in TTS

The Tribhuvan School held its first cultural fiesta under the aegis of ‘Anhad’ a platform to promote and sustain India’s rich cultural heritage on the 24th of October, 2013. As its first initiative it brought a unique opportunity for the children of Patna to interact with the living legend Padama Awardee Shri Javed Akhtar.

It was a momentous occasion not only in the history of The Tribhuvan School but Patna at large wherein the school children got a rare opportunity to meet and interact with the living legend Shri Javed Saab. Several schools participated in this session and asked varied questions ranging from his Bollywood journey to his literary career and social activism. The highlight of the programme was a hair raising and heart- rending Dance Drama- ‘I Am A Girl’ depicting the ironic fate of the girl child in India which received tremendous applause and appreciation from the audience and guests.
