Orientation Programme for Class XI

The orientation programme for the students of class XI and their parents was organised in The Tribhuvan School (TTS) on June 25, 2016. Ms. Archana Raj, Vice-Principal, TTS, welcomed the students and the parents, very much urging the former to strive all through the twin years if they aspire to excel in the board exams and appealing the latter to become a partner with the school in the pupil’s progress.

Mr. Aziz Ahmad, Senior Co-coordinator, TTS, talked about the two terms of the academic year 2016-17, the assessments, the importance of hygiene and discipline amongst students, and about their other dos and don’ts inside the school premises, amongst others. He advised the students to be regular and punctual in attending classes, and to converse in English inside the premises at all times. The school teaching and learning process, as per him, outdoes all other processes, “as those pupils whose learning is based on the school teaching are better performers, be it in the school or in any of the competitive exams, than those who are on the lookout for other options.”

The faculties of the grade were introduced with Mr. Jatasankar, Ms. Suman Sunita and Mr. Ahmad as their Physics and Maths, Chemistry, and Biology teachers, respectively. Mr. Chandan Kumar Singh and Mr. Narendra Chaterjee, respectively, were announced as their Accounts and BST, and CS and IT faculties.

The programme would have lost much of its essence had it not been for each and every soul present in the auditorium, and Ms. Aarti Sharma, coordinator of the junior wing of the school, recognising their importance, proposed the vote of thanks.
