GUIDELINES FOR FILLING UP THE REGISTRATION FORM

Dear Parent,

We thank you for expressing interest in applying for admission of your child to The Tribhuvan School.

Kindly read the instructions given below, before filling the Registration Form.

General Instructions

Fields marked with a Red Star '*' are MANDATORY. Mention 'NA' if not applicable.
No quotation marks or special characters must be used.
The following documents should be scanned / clicked as per the specifications given below and kept ready before starting the process of filling up the Registration Form.

a) Date of birth certificate of the candidate (max. 350 KB)
b) Candidate's passport-size photograph (showing close-up of only the face; max. 2 MB)
c) Father's passport-size photograph (showing close-up of only the face; max. 2 MB)
d) Mother's passport-size photograph (showing close-up of only the face; max. 2 MB)

There are fields available with check boxes and drop down. In these fields, please select the option as applicable.
After filling the form please read the declaration points and click on the 'I Agree' box. After clicking on the 'I Agree' box please click on 'Submit' tab which will take you to the Payment Gateway.
On successful payment,

a) You will receive an email from the Payment Gateway with the transaction details. Please retain this for your record & reference.
b) You will receive a SMS and email from the school side with the following information

i) The Registration No. allotted to your ward.
ii) Information regarding the interaction session of your ward.
iii) List of documents to be submitted prior to the interaction session
iv) A copy of the Registration Form

In case you have not received the SMS /email within 24 hours on successful registration and payment, please write to admission@thetribhuvanschool.com , subject of the email should necessarily contain Application Form Number, Name of the Candidate and Class Applied For. But prior to writing this mail, please check your Junk/ Spam folder and cross check whether you have mentioned the correct email ID and mobile number in the Registration Form.
If at any stage in the Online Payment process, a difficulty is encountered, please go back to the Registration Form page and click on "Proceed for Payment if Registration form already filled" link at the right top corner of the page. Enter the correct Form No. and "Proceed to Pay".
Once the form has been submitted and accepted by the system you will not able to make any changes to it.

Incomplete/ incorrectly filled form will not be accepted.
