Admission
1. Two passport size photographs of parents (Mother/Father).
2. Birth Certificate (Photocopy).
3. Transfer Certificate Original (Gr. I onwards).
4. Latest Progress Report Card (Photocopy).
5. Address Proof (Photocopy).
6. Medical Fitness & Blood Group Certificate (Photocopy).
7. Immunization & Vaccination Record.
8. Proof of residence address- Electricity Bill/Telephone(landline) bill/Current Bank Account Statement/- lease deed made six months prior to the submission of the application form along with an affidavit on stamp paper should be submitted in case of rental accommodation.
